Tuesday, June 23rd COVID-19 Update
The safety of our customers and employees continues to be our number one priority. Our exterior, interior and vacuums are all back open and are implementing preventative measures and caution. Tidal Wave employees are practicing social distancing with customers and each other, wearing mask when cleaning interiors, disinfecting vacuums, spray bottles and the XPT pay screens. Tidal Wave locations are being sanitized multiple times a day to ensure protection and give our customers peace of mind.
Tidal Wave Auto Spa is in the cleaning business. It is what we do! We will continue to clean our facilities and your vehicles. We truly have the world’s best customers.
Thursday, May 14th COVID-19 Update
Tidal Wave Auto Spa continues to work daily to review and follow the evolving Covid-19 guidelines. Our express washes have remained opened and contactless. As of May 14, we have opened our vacuums at most of our locations and will continue to practice social distancing and disinfecting them as often as possible.

The Tidal Wave team is working daily to review and follow the evolving Covid-19 guidelines. The well-being of our customers and team members is our top priority.
Our exterior express washes remain open to provide you with a contactless environment.
To continue to serve you safely, we have adapted our operations in order to minimize close contact. You may notice some changes at our pay stations, vacuum areas, and hours of operation.

Wednesday, April 8th COVID-19 Update
Tidal Wave Auto Spa has created a truly contactless experience for its customers. One of the safest places you can visit is one of our car washes. Customers can conveniently wash their cars without ever exiting their vehicle through our express tunnel.
The safety of our employees and customers is our number one priority. All Tidal Wave employees take preventative measures to comply with all CDC regulations. Car Wash operations provide a basic, sanitizing service that is essential to health and safety. The Department of Homeland Security has stated that sanitizing vehicles and providing routine automobile maintenance is an essential part of our national infrastructure.
It is imperative that first responders, Ubers, Lyft and food delivery services sanitize their vehicles as often as possible. We offer all first responders a complimentary Tire Shine Wash to show our appreciation and be sure their vehicles are safe.
Each new day presents new challenges. Tidal Wave is confident it can meet these challenges and continue to provide safe and quality service to all of its customers.
Friday, March 20th COVID-19 Update
Tidal Wave Auto Spa is committed to the safety of our customers and team members. Our exterior wash will remain open, however, to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 we are temporarily closing our vacuum area and discontinuing customer use of towels and spray bottles. Customers can still conveniently wash their cars through the tunnel without ever exiting their vehicle.
Especially during trying times, there is comfort in simple, familiar routines, and we are happy to continue to offer exterior car washes. We look forward to seeing friendly smiles and waves from you, even with a bit more space than normal.
We are closely monitoring local, state, and federal recommendations to determine when we can resume normal operations.
